Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. Items purchased from MrandMsWonder can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have gone by since the purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange

All returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging. Returned items that are damaged or used will not be accepted for refund or exchange at the discretion of MrandMsWonder

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and a processing fee may be applied. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment, unless otherwise arranged

How to Make a Return

  • To return an eligible item, please contact orders@mrandmswonder.com, along with your order reference number, the name of the items you would like to return and the reason for the refund/exchange
  • As we are an online marketplace we will provide you the returns address to send the item directly back to the brand
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • The brand will then inspect the returns and we will inform you of whether the return/exchange has been approved
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged
  • For an exchange, you will receive the item in the normal delivery time after the original item has been returned

Refund Processing Terms + Conditions

  • Once your return is received and inspected by the brand, we will send you an email to notify you that the brand has received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. This will happen within 10 business days
  • If the refund is due to shipping error or damaged goods the brand covers the cost of returning the item. In all other cases you are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to the brand
  • Sealed products which have been opened, e.g. beauty products and hygiene related products as well as gift vouchers are not suitable to be returned unless faulty.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) and will be solely at the discretion of MrandMsWonder

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again
  • If refund not received, then contact your debit/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • Next contact your card issuing bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@mrandmswonder.com

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will also be accepting the couriers Terms of Service when besides agreeing to MrandMsWonder Terms & Conditions
